Rapid absorption
The pad draws liquid down and holds it, rather than letting it spread sideways across the surface. That is what keeps a wet patch contained instead of reaching the edge of the pad and then the sheet underneath.
Waterproof backing
A sealed backing layer protects the mattress, chair or sofa beneath. The pads work on beds, armchairs, wheelchairs and car seats.
Soft top sheet
The surface layer is a soft non-woven material chosen to sit comfortably against skin. For anyone using these nightly, or for long periods in a chair, this matters more than absorbency figures do — a stiff or plasticky top sheet becomes uncomfortable quickly and can irritate sensitive skin.
Odour control
An odour neutraliser is built into the core. It works on the liquid held inside the pad rather than perfuming the room.
