Shipping policy

 

All orders are processed within Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and bank holidays), after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours from the date your order is accepted or within 48 hours during exceptionally busy periods such as sale periods, however these are estimated only and we do not guarantee delivery within these time frames.

PetCellence is not responsible for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or delayed by the carrier.

PetCellence insures each item purchased during in transit until it is delivered to your provided delivery address. Once goods have been delivered, responsibility for your purchased goods passes onto you. 

Delivery Options:

Standard FREE Delivery (Mainland UK) – 3-5* working days delivery for all orders.  Some items may incur extra surcharge to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highland or any Isles. The surcharge will be clearly shown at the checkout if applicable based on the delivery postcode.
